Currently our pre-built TurnKey Web Sites are priced for purchase anywhere from
$69 to $399.
Now you can test the site you choose for a full year at a drastically reduced price as
compared to the purchase plan!
Here’s how it works:
After you select the site you want, we will purchase a domain name and build the site
for you. Instead of you owning the domain name and the site, we retain ownership.
You of course, would own the business.
Sorry, the Rent To Own Plan is not available if you have already purchased a domain
name that you wish to use for your new business. Please refer to our Ownership Plan
if you own a domain name that you wish to use.
With regard to site operation, you would be totally in charge and responsible for the success of your business, just as you would be if you purchased the site.
When the OwnerShip Plan is selected, you receive your initial 10,000 targeted visitors,
search engine,
ad boards, blog blasts and the first month of hosting free.
If you select the Rent To Own TurnKey Website, these are not included.
Your Rent To Own Site must be hosted with a ProFitMasters Marketing Subsidiary,
Bizmart2000.com. The Rent To Own Option requires that you sign up for the Basic
Plan or the Business Plan with a minimum of 12 monthly rent payments.
At the end of the year, if you wish to keep your site operational, you will have completed
the time requirement for the ownership option.
In order to complete the final ownership requirement for your site, you would then pay a fee
equal to 50%
of the OwnerShip Option price that was in force
at the time you began renting
your site, or the current OwnerShip Option price...whichever
is less.... The
domain name and
site ownership is then completely transferred
to you. (A small transfer fee will be required by
the Registrar that you select).
If you elect to continue hosting with BizMart2000.com after the first year, with or without
opting for complete ownership, your eligibility to receive exclusive marketing assistance and
one on one help if you require it.will continue. Additionally,
you will continue to be eligible
for the latest marketing information and marketing software that
we offer our active customers,
at deep discounts.
Pricing:
"In addition to the pricing listed below, the additional 50% fee as explained earlier,
will be required for the ownership
buyout at the end of the year, if you elect that option."

All sites that currently sell for under $100 will be eligible for the Rent To Own Plan for a small
down payment of only $20. The only additional fee required is your $10 monthly hosting fee,
beginning with the first month.

If you select a site that is priced to sell between $100 and $199 the down payment will only be $35
plus your first month of hosting.

Any site that is priced between $200 and $299 can be setup under the Rent To Own Option
for only $50 down plus the first month of hosting with the basic or business hosting plan.

Finally, if the site you choose is $300 or over, you can now get started with the Rent To Own
Plan for only $75 plus the first month hosting.

If at the end of the year, you desire to continue hosting but do not want to buy your website, you
may continue to operate your business with the domain name and site files remaining in the ownership
of TurnKeyWebPros.
As you can clearly see, this new Rent To Own Plan can save you a Huge Initial Investment while you are
“testing the waters”. If after a year your site is performing to your expectations, you can buy out the
remainder of your agreement. If your business is not performing as you wish, you can simply walk away
from it and have no further obligation.
